Successful organization of discussion on data analysis and business decision making in Haryana School of Business (HSB)
Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Haryana’s premier management institute, organized an important discussion on Data Analytics on 25 October 2023. Last year, this business school started MBA Business Analytics program to meet the growing needs of data analytics and business analysts. In view of this, this discussion was organized in HSB. The keynote speaker of this special discussion was Mr. Divyam Rana who has received a degree in Computer Science and Data Science from the University of California and is currently working on many related projects.
हरियाणा के प्रमुख प्रबंधन संस्थान, गुरु जम्भेश्वर विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय के हरियाणा स्कूल ऑफ बिजनेस, ने 25 अक्टूबर 2023 को डेटा विश्लेषण पर एक महत्वपूर्ण चर्चा का आयोजन किया। पिछले साल ही इस व्यावासिक स्कूल में डेटा विश्लेषण और बिज़नेस विश्लेषक की बढ़ती आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए एमबीए बिज़नेस एनालिटिक्स प्रोग्राम आरंभ किया है। इसी के मद्देनजर एचएसबी में इस चर्चा का आयोजन किया। इस विशेष चर्चा के प्रमुख वक्ता मिस्टर दिव्यम राणा रहे जिन्होंने यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ कैलिफोर्निया से कंप्यूटर साइंस और डेटा साइंस में डिग्री प्राप्त की है और वर्तमान में अनेकों संबंधित प्रोजेक्ट्स पे काम कर रहे हैं।

गुरु जम्भेश्वर विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, हिसार के कुलपति प्रो. नरसी राम बिश्नोई ने इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के लिए बधाई देते हुए कहा के इसके माध्यम से छात्रों को डेटा विश्लेषण और बिज़नेस विश्लेषण के क्षेत्र में उनकी क्षमता को विकसित करने का अवसर मिलेगा और इस उद्योग की आवश्यकताओं को समझने में मदद मिलेगी।
Mr. Divyam while sharing his views on this topic said that Data Analysis and Business Analytics is a very important emerging field which has immense potential for job and career. Considering the current conditions, exploring options in this field is not only beneficial, but is also a promising option for a good career in the future. In today’s time, the demand for business analysts is increasing rapidly. He said in his statement that students need to pay special attention to problem-solving and analytical thinking. Apart from this, there is a need to understand and use advanced analytical tools such as Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Sentiment Analysis, Data Visualizations, Data Structure so that you can understand the problem better and perform better at the time of interview.
मिस्टर दिव्यम ने इस विषय पर अपने दृष्टिकोण साझा करते हुए कहा की डेटा विश्लेषण और बिज़नेस एनालिटिक्स एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण उभरता हुआ क्षेत्र है जिसमे नौकरी और कैरियर बनाने की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। वर्तमान स्थितियों को देखते हुए इस क्षेत्र में विकल्पों को तलाशना ना सिर्फ लाभकारी है, बल्कि भविष्य में अच्छे करियर का भरोसा देने वाला विकल्प भी है। आज के समय में बिज़नेस एनालिस्ट की मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है। उन्होंने अपने वक्तव्य में बताया कि छात्रों को प्रॉब्लम-सॉल्विंग और एनालिटिकल थिंकिंग पर ख़ास तौर पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। इसके अलावा एडवांस्ड एनालिटिकल टूल्स जैसे कि नेचुरल लैंग्वेज प्रोसेसिंग, डीप लर्निंग, सेंटीमेंट एनालिसिस, डेटा विसुअलीज़शन्स, डेटा स्ट्रक्चर को समझने और प्रयोग में लाने की जरूरत है ताकि प्रॉब्लम को अच्छे से समझ पाए और इंटरव्यू के समय आप बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर पाएं।
Director of Haryana School of Business, Prof. Vinod Kumar Bishnoi shared his views on the occasion and said that we have started MBA Business Analytics program keeping in mind the increasing demand for modern technology and data analysis in various industries. We are constantly making efforts to ensure that our students remain informed about the current trends of the respective industry. He further explained that such student-centric activities are an important part of the curriculum of a business school like ours.
हारियाणा स्कूल ऑफ बिजनेस के निदेशक प्रो. विनोद कुमार बिश्नोई ने इस अवसर पर अपने विचार साझा किए और कहा कि हमने विभिन्न उद्योगों में आधुनिक तकनीक और डेटा विश्लेषण की बढ़ती माँग को ध्यान में रखते हुए एमबीए बिज़नेस एनालिटिक्स प्रोग्राम की शुरुआत की है। हम लगातार प्रयास कर रहे हैं की हमारे छात्रों को संबंधित इंडस्ट्री के सामयिक ट्रेंड्स के बारे में जानकारी लगातार मिलती रहे।
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि इस तरह की छात्र-केंद्रित गतिविधियाँ हमारे जैसे किसी व्यवसाय स्कूल के पाठ्यक्रम का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं।
The coordinator of this program Prof. Rajeev Kumar and Dr. Mani were the best and Dr. Pramod Kumar conducted it. He said that this discussion will provide important information to enhance the knowledge and competency of the students and prepare them for career in this industry and will be successful in preparing them for high level careers.
